IS THERAPY THE RIGHT CHOICE FOR ME?
Therapy is for everyone! You do not have to be suffering from a mental illness to see a therapist. Therapy provides a safe, non-judgmental environment for someone to talk about whatever they may need to whether that be. With your therapist, you will identify what you would like to work on and establish goals. Therapy is a place for empathy, empowerment and evolution.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT MY FIRST SESSION?
The first session is an opportunity to determine if the therapist is the right fit for you, to get to know one another, ask questions, discuss what brings you to therapy, and to start establishing goals for the therapeutic process.

ARE COUNSELING SESSIONS IN-PERSON OR VIRTUAL?
At this time, all counseling sessions are virtual for your convenience. Virtual counseling allows you to seek support from the comfort of your own home.
HOW LONG ARE SESSIONS?
Sessions are typically 45-50 minutes.
HOW LONG WILL THE THERAPY PROCESS TAKE?
The length of therapy is dependent upon your specific needs and goals. Therapy can be short-term or long-term depending on your struggles and what you wish to accomplish through therapy.

HOW MUCH DOES THERAPY COST?
Session rates are $150 per 45-50 minute session. Payment is collected at the time of the session.
WILL MY HEALTH INSURANCE COVER THERAPY?
We are not in-network with any insurance providers but can provide a monthly superbill for you to submit to insurance, at your request. Please contact your insurance company for more information. If we are unable to meet your needs for any reason, we can help provide referrals for services that will.
