About

Hi, I'm Tina!

Does work-life balance and self-care seem unachievable? Are you struggling with feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stressed, and burnt out? Do you feel stuck or unfulfilled? If so, please allow me the opportunity to walk beside you on your journey of healing and taking back control of your life. I will help you establish and center your goals so you can feel confident in your steps to move forward. I provide trauma informed-care by tailoring my therapeutic approaches to each client's trauma history, triggers, and specific needs. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in order to change negative thinking patterns and behaviors.

I have over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. My specialties include forging healthy relationships, coping with depression and anxiety, stress management, workplace stress, work-life balance, and co-parenting.

I strive to provide a safe, supportive, empathic, and all-inclusive space. You are not alone. Together we will equip you with skills and techniques to manage emotions and achieve a balanced and fulfilling life. The first step seems the hardest, but you are courageous and STRONG for seeking support. I'm looking forward to starting your journey together!
