I provide trauma informed-care by tailoring my therapeutic approaches to each client's trauma history, triggers, and specific needs. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in order to change negative thinking patterns and behaviors. The therapeutic treatment process often involves learning skills to manage emotions as well as helping clients process and come to terms with negative past experiences.
