Is Individual Therapy Right for You?

Many young women come to therapy because they feel stuck, drained, or overwhelmed by the pressure to have it all figured out. You may find yourself overthinking every decision, struggling with self-doubt, or feeling disconnected from what truly matters. Whether you are navigating a career shift, relationship stress, or the weight of perfectionism, you don't have to carry it alone. Individual therapy offers a safe space to understand what is happening beneath the surface so you can begin creating meaningful change.

No, you do not need a crisis to start individual therapy. Many clients begin because they simply feel "off" or stuck, and that is a perfect place to start.

The length of therapy depends on your unique goals. Some clients find relief in short-term support, while others enjoy longer-term growth.

Is individual therapy helpful if I’ve never been to therapy before?

Absolutely. Therapy is often most helpful during times of uncertainty, and sessions are always guided at your pace.

What does online therapy look like?

We meet via a secure, private video platform. Online therapy is effective, flexible, and allows you to join from any private space in Texas.

Will my health insurance cover my sessions?
